Our client had been considering relocating to their own building for some while and we were instructed to identify suitable freehold properties on the southern and south eastern side of Birmingham. The Old School House came on the market for Auction so we worked with the client to provide input on market rents and prices and establish appropriate bid parameters. We were then instructed to bid on behalf of the client and were successful in securing the property below the maximum bid they were prepared to make. By using our expertise and delegating the bidding to us the client was not caught up in the “heat of the moment” and overbidding.
