Regular dialogue with you and interested parties is essential for us to broker a deal on your behalf and for you to achieve the best outcome in the prevailing market at that time. We do this before we undertake viewings for prospective occupiers or instructions from property owners.

  • Provide an initial marketing report. This will review the property and provide our thoughts on the issues and opportunities,
    guidance on quoting terms from prices to rents as well as lease terms together with our recommendations as to the optimal way to promote the property in the market at that point in time. If a disposal is not time sensitive then we can provide some thoughts on when the right time may be to commence marketing. Our review will also include our fee proposals, marketing budgets and terms of engagement.
