One of the regions largest independent insurance brokers have consulted Boston Fieldgate for nearly 15 years on their property issues. With a lease expiry upcoming they appointed us to identify a new HQ in Birmingham. After agreeing a detailed brief with the client we conducted an extensive search to identify possible options, reviewed those with the client and then negotiated terms on the preferred option being part of the 7th floor in the high quality extensively refurbished Tricorn House.
